Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

By using araeoffun.com you agree to these terms.

Who we are

ARaeOfFun is an independent travel agent affiliated with InteleTravel. We help you find, plan, and book travel. We act as an agent for travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, and others) and do not own or operate any of the travel services we sell.

Prices, availability, and deals

Specials and last-minute deals shown on this site come from our travel partners and are posted for information only. Prices, availability, and inclusions can change at any time until a booking is confirmed and paid, and may not include taxes, fees, resort charges, or gratuities. A quote is not a booking. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Quotes and the Concierge Desk

Submitting a form on this site is a request for information only. It does not reserve or guarantee any travel. We will contact you to confirm details before anything is booked.

Bookings, payments, changes, and cancellations

When you book, the supplier’s own terms and conditions apply, including their payment, change, cancellation, and refund rules. We will share those terms with you before you pay. Supplier and booking fees may be non-refundable.

Travel documents and health requirements

You are responsible for having a valid passport, any required visas, and meeting the entry, health, and vaccination requirements of every destination on your trip. Please check official government sources before you travel.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. Ask us about options.

Limitation of liability

Because we act only as an agent, we are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or failures of any supplier, or for events outside our control such as weather, strikes, illness, or government action. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees we received for the affected booking.

Website use

Content on this site is for general information. Please do not misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
